Business Development Officer

Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Minimum 40 hours a week
  • Prospect a minimum of 15 clients per week
  • Cold Calling
  • Warm market
  • Networking
  • Sign clients from New Start ups to $3,000,000 annual revenue

*Signing any clients making over $3,000,000 annual revenue requires override work with your Team manager on these deals.

  • Needs based selling (We are here to build strong relationships through our discovery process to understand the needs of our clients)
  • Providing best in class Payment, POS, Payment Processing, Hardware, Software Solutions
  • Referring additional services we offer such as: Business Plans/Strategy, Marketing/Branding, Business/Commercial Lending, Coaching/Employee Development, Fast Track Program
  • Self Generate Leads, Social Media Leads, Website Leads, etc. Ask for marketing materials when needed.
  • Get involved in community events and chamber of commerce meetings (After 5 clients are signed we will pay for your chamber membership!)
  • Laptop or Tablet

  • Pay Structure: Commission + Bonus (one of the highest paying commissions in industry!)
  • Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-2pm
